How online workshops work
Workshop reservations are made on the check-in day of each ticket type, on a first come first served basis. Selections for the following days will follow a room quota for each ticket type, corresponding to the percentage of users with that ticket type against overall capacity.

Your check-in date is 19 May. On this day you will have access to 100% of the seats for that day, on a first-come first-served basis.

On your check-in date you’ll also be able to select your workshops for 20 May, up to 46% of each room capacity. The remaining seats will be available to other ticket type holders.

You’ll be able to select beforehand which online workshops you want to attend in each day. Workshop registrations open on 15 April.
On the day of the workshops, log in to your personal area on the UXLx website.
You’ll have access to the meeting link for the workshop you’ve chosen to attend. You’ll also find all the materials needed for the workshop.
The speakers will be live-streaming the workshop and screen sharing their slide decks. You can interact with the speaker by raising your hand virtually at any time.
In the workshop you’ll discuss and share ideas with a small group of attendees in breakout rooms. The speaker will step into the room when you need some help.
The breakout room will work just like a real table where you’ll do the workshop exercises together using an online collaborative whiteboarding platform.
