Scott Jenson
Product Design ConsultantScott has been doing UXdesign and strategic planning for over 35 years. The first member of the System Software Human Interface group at Apple in the late 80s, he worked on System 7, the Apple Human Interface guidelines and the Newton digital assistant.
After Apple, he was a freelance design consultant, doing work for Netscape, Mayo Clinic, American Express, and several web startups. Then director of product design for Symbian, then managed Mobile UX design at Google for 6 years releasing the first version of Google Mobile Maps.
He left to become creative director at frog design for 2 years but returned to Google to explore advanced UX concepts for IoT and Android at Google. He has over 35 patents.

UX vs AI - Fight!
We've all seen the countless articles about LLMs (I refuse to use "AI") and their supposed "fight" with UX design. Instead, let's turn our UX skills inward. How are we approaching this technology? How is it impacting us? How does it actually work?
The hype is blinding us, forcing us into two camps: fiercely pro or staunchly con. The whole point of UX aims to clarify confusion. Let's just back up and take a look and find a more nuanced path.
