The first conference dinner is preceded by a drink at the “Buffalo Grill” restaurant (south of the venue, overlooking the dock), a barbecued meats restaurant with a pleasant terrace.
Aperitif: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Port Wine, Vermouth, Moscatel Gin Tonic or Campari.
Brazilian Barbecued Meats including: Chicken Thighs, Sausages, Pork Ribs, Pork Steak, Rump, Roast Sirloin Beef, Sirloin Beef with Garlic, Bottom Sirloin Steak, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin Steak, Rump Steak, Chicken Heart Skewers, Lamb, Turkey with Bacon, Roasted Ham with Pineapple.

Dinner on the 5th is at “Populi” restaurant, at Terreiro do Paço, right in the heart of Lisbon downtown.
Couvert: Carob bread, butter, olive oil with balsamic reduction and marinated lupin beans.
Starter: Roasted sardines with lime sauce.
Fish: Cod in bread crust with sautéed spinach and a potato batter

Vegetarian: fettuccine with cheese and vegetables Water, Soft drinks, Beer (3 per person) and Coffee Dessert: Strudel and Profiteroles
Dinner in the restaurant “Cervejaria Portugália” in Cais do Sodré, near the metro station of Cais do Sodré, following the river path west.
Starter: Bread and butter and crab stuffing
Fish: Prawns à Brás (with fried potato and egg)
Meat: Striploin Steak (with Portugália Sauce or on the grill)
Vegetarian: Skewed vegetables with rice
Dessert: Peneapple, Caramel Flan or Choco- late Mousse
